On 6th September 2024, PKNS FM Integrated (PKNS FMI) was honored to attend the grand launch of SA Sentral, a monumental urban development project set to transform Shah Alam into a dynamic business district.
With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM3 billion, this high-impact project aims to rejuvenate the city, making it a vibrant and attractive hub for people of all walks of life. From retail and commercial spaces to hospitality, SA Sentral is poised to uplift the local economy and infrastructure, with new transit systems and upgraded facilities.
During the event, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was exchanged between the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) and TNB Engineering Corporation Sdn Bhd (TNEC). The MoU focuses on the development of a District Cooling System in Section 14, Shah Alam, which will enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. PKNS FMI will actively cooperate in this initiative, which includes plans for future collaboration in other developments across Selangor.
