From October 25th to 27th, 2024, PKNS FM Integrated (PKNS FMI) held a memorable team-building event at the beautiful Amverton Cove Golf & Island Resort in Pulau Carey. This gathering, organized by our PKNS FMI Human Resource Department team, provided a fantastic opportunity for us to strengthen our teamwork, foster relationships, and enjoy some well-deserved fun together.
Throughout the event, we engaged in a variety of exciting activities designed to promote collaboration and camaraderie. Our adventures included a thrilling bus scavenger hunt that challenged our creativity and teamwork, a lively photo hunt that encouraged us to capture the spirit of the event, and exhilarating pool games that added a splash of excitement to our days.
We also experienced the adrenaline rush of paintball war games and the adventurous spirit of ATV rides, pushing us to work together and communicate effectively in high-energy settings. The go-kart challenge was a standout moment, where friendly competition brought out our competitive sides while also reinforcing our teamwork skills.
We engaged in team problem-solving activities that encouraged collaboration and the sharing of diverse ideas. These experiences helped us tackle challenges collectively, think creatively, and enhance our teamwork. By working together in this manner, we not only forged stronger connections but also discovered improved solutions for our projects, demonstrating the vital role of teamwork in our success.
