Opened by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Selangor on April 27, 2010, it offers easy access with nearby malls, restaurants, hotels, and ample parking. Beyond its MICE offerings, SACC provides event management services and catering, ensuring a complete event experience. A network of trusted partners supports services such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, photographers, entertainers, and alternative event venues.
Convention Halls and Spaces
SACC features a range of halls for events of any size. The Grand Shah Alam Ballroom (2,240 m²) offers a spacious, pillar-free layout. Additional spaces include the Plenary Hall, Rotunda 1 & 2, and five versatile function rooms across two levels.
MICE
With modern AV systems and internet connectivity, SACC’s rooms are ideal for seminars, conferences, workshops, and product launches. The venue can host over 1,500 delegates daily and provides secretariat rooms and VIP lounges like the Orchid and Executive Lounges for a premium experience.

PKNS FM Integrated (PKNS FMI) at SACC Convention Centre is responsible for the installation and maintenance of elevator and escalator systems, a centralized air conditioning system, a building automation system (BAS), and a public address (PA) system. We ensure these systems operate efficiently and safely through regular inspections and upgrades. Additionally, PKNS FMI assesses the building’s structural integrity and manages renovations, working closely with engineers to maintain a safe and functional environment for events.
