From December 6th to 8th, 2024, PKNS FM Integrated (PKNS FMI) hosted a KPI Challenge at the Renaissance Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. In our ongoing effort to optimize our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), we once again partnered with Akademi PKNS Sdn Bhd to gain expert insights and guidance.
The KPI Challenge provided a valuable opportunity for our team to come together, openly discuss, and identify the challenges we may face in the coming year. By collaboratively addressing these issues, we were able to explore the best strategies for setting effective KPIs for each department. This collaborative effort will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations and ensuring a smoother workflow throughout the upcoming year.
