Provision of Lease-to-Own Service for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of New Chillers, Including Repair of Existing Units, Refurbishment of Air-Conditioning Systems, and Maintenance Works
A site visit was conducted today together with TNEC to inspect the existing chiller systems and associated air-conditioning facilities at Plaza Perangsang and Plaza Alam Sentral. The inspection included a visual assessment of the chillers, pumps, piping systems, and related equipment. The team reviewed the overall condition and operational performance of the systems, identified potential repair and refurbishment requirements, and evaluated safety and maintenance considerations relevant to the proposed works.
The visit also provided an opportunity to gather technical information and verify site conditions to support the planning and implementation of the lease-to-own chiller replacement, air-conditioning system refurbishment, and maintenance program.
